Valerie H Waddell

Ms. Waddell handles cases in the areas of Criminal and Family Law.

Ms. Waddell attended Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law and received her JD in 1999, Magna Cum Laude and number four in her class.

In 2012, Ms. Waddell won a jury verdict of not guilty on a thirteen-count indictment for Fraud in the 149th Judicial District Court of Brazoria County, the Honorable Judge Holder, presiding.

She serves as a representative for Fort Bend County’s indigent population by handling Family law cases on a volunteer basis for the Fort Bend County Lawyers Care, and criminal case court appointments through the Fort Bend County Indigent Defense Office.
